Jana has over 10 years’ experience helping people navigate home loans, having spent a decade as a Lending Manager with Westpac. She also holds a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to every client conversation, focusing on making finance feel clear and manageable rather than overwhelming.

Jana works closely with first home buyers, refinancers, and clients moving to their next property. Known for her patient and approachable style, she takes the time to explain each step in plain language, ensuring clients feel confident and supported from start to finish. Her goal is always to find the right solution for each client’s situation, without jargon or unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, Jana enjoys travelling, spending time with her young family, and cheering on the Richmond Tigers.
