James brings over 15 years’ experience across banking and finance, insurance broking, and utilities, with a background in senior leadership roles. He has led teams of leaders and lending specialists and holds an MBA alongside a Diploma of Mortgage Broking. James takes a practical, big-picture approach to finance, focusing on clear advice and well-considered solutions rather than complexity.

James works with first home buyers, refinancers, and clients looking to move to their next property. He is known for explaining options in a straightforward way, helping clients feel confident and informed at every stage of the process. His calm, solutions-focused style ensures recommendations are aligned with each client’s goals, both now and into the future.

Outside of work, James enjoys keeping active, trying new restaurants, and is a proud supporter of the Richmond Tigers.
